In a great rivalry between two outstanding wrestlers over 3 years, Alex Tirapelle and Ryan Bertin met 8 times with each person winning 4. This particular meeting was #7 at the 2005 dual meet between their respective teams. Like all of their matches, it came right down to the wire. Tirapelle later went on to win the Big Ten Championship while Bertin captured the NCAA Championship. |
